How it Works:

1. Find a provider in your area from our provider list 
2. Apply online  - you will receive a Careington Temporary ID BY EMAIL.  If you do not have an email address, I can provide you with that information 30 minutes after your application is approved.
3. Schedule your dentist appointment with a Careington Provider AS SOON AS POSSIBLE during their normal business hours.
4. Take your Careington Temporary ID with you to your appointment.
5. Your Dentist will contact the number on your Careington Temporary ID to validate your membership.
6. Contact me so we can explain the program and help you as soon as possible (see below normal hours below).
Note: The dentist office must be open and accepting patients to use our plan.
